It's Update Time!
Just wrapping up the first quarter of 2018 here at Coach Catalyst HQ this week and wanted to give a quick recap on what's all changed (A LOT!) and what's to come soon...
New Updates in 2018
Organization Level
This was probably the biggest change we made to the software so far in 2018. The ability to invite other coaches to your organization and assign specific clients to specific coaches has been a BIG hit.
No more sharing login credentials. No more wondering what message has been read or responded to. Everything is seperated by coach.
Not that it's perfect yet though. We're still updating a few things with messages within the app, permissions and just overall functionality.
Most of this will be complete within the next few weeks but the main structure is there.
More Customization
Another big change was the amount of customization we've added to Coach Catalyst. One of our main goals has always been to put the coach out front and remain in the background.
Your clients come to you for a reason. We're just the platform that allows you to become a #SuperCoach!
With that being said, we've added in the ability to customize two new aspects.
1. The Welcome Emails
In the past, the welcome emails your clients received were always set. Now, we can adjust the exact info they receive to fit your personality and business. Just go to your settings menu and click on the Customize Emails tab.
2. Morning Notification Time
From the beginning of Coach Catalyst, all daily notifications have gone out at 9am local time. To adjust this, you'd have to change the clients time zone. Not the best work flow.
Now, you can edit a client and adjust their daily notification time anywhere from 5am-noon. The client can do this as well so you don't have to be responsible for adjusting everyone you coach.

The software also got a much needed face-lift in early 2018! It's still not perfect but much improved and set us up to build upon it in the future.

We still have a lot more coming in the ways of better design and functionality but this was a huge step in the right direction!
What's Coming Next?
Multiple Questions
We're in the process of finishing up one of the biggest functional changes to the software in a long time. Since the beginning of Coach Catalyst, you've only been able to ask ONE question per day.
This is about to change!
Soon, you'll be able to ask up to five questions per day as well as assign point values to these questions. This will open up so many more doors for you as far as programming. It's going to streamline challenges, allow for true habit stacking programs and even allow you to add a workout piece on top of your nutrition programs.
We'll make some in-depth tutorials once this is live but it's one of the most exciting things we've pushed out in a long time!!
Metrics 2.0
The other major shift in the works in a revamping of metrics. We've always had the bare-bones ability to track metrics but it wasn't always user friendly. Looking at and entering a clients metrics was tedious and look too much time.
We wanted something better!
Metrics 2.0 will make your life much easier by allowing you to see all of a clients metrics on one page, including recent and overall changes.
You'll also be able to group metrics together, hide metrics from certain clients and bulk enter all measurements for a client at once.
