About Us

Back in 2015, as gym owners, we both had a similar problem. We started out with small businesses, the kind of size that allowed us to give our clients individual attention and keep them accountable. As such, our clients were achieving great results...these results were speaking for themselves, the referrals were rolling in, and our businesses grew quickly.

Our success was a double edged sword. We both quickly realized that what worked with 10 clients was much tougher to do with 50, 100 or even 200 clients. The personal touches that got us to where we were was now a nightmare to scale. We knew there had to be a better solution out there!

We were convinced other gyms had this same problem so we searched for a better way. We were right on one of the two… there were a lot of other gyms who had this same issue - but there wasn't a good solution. So we built it.

We built Coach Catalyst with you in mind - the coach who wants to get their clients better results, increase their retention rate, and make more money without being chained to your business.

We know what it’s like to get up at 4am and work 16 hour days. In fact, we still actively train our own clients and use Coach Catalyst in our own gyms every day. We understand that technology should enhance your coaching and not cause you more headaches.
