Coach’s Corner: Advanced Organization

Ever had so many things going on in your business you feel overwhelmed?? 

While having a lot going on is a good thing, you never want it to lead to items and clients slipping through the cracks. More and more of our coaches within CC have been getting their clients such amazing results, their businesses are growing - fast! 

Now, when they have some clients on FEO's, some on challenges, others on nutrition coaching programs... it gets to be a lot. Keeping everything organized within your business so you know who needs what, when can make or break your business. 

Today, I have a quick video on how we keep everything organized within our business using Trello. You don't have to use Trello. You can use whatever system you want. But making sure you have a way to easily filter, sort and view what needs to be done is vital. 

Then, layering automation on top of that system and connecting it to your Coach Catalyst account is where the magic happens 🙂 But get the organization setup first, then we can dip into the fun stuff!
