PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Project New You is a six week exercise and nutrition program. This program starts with 14 nutrition-focused lessons, with a calorie intake goal. The following 28 days are a mix of nutrition and training, focusing on the four-week training plan exercises and technique.
USES
- Great evergreen program for member retention at a big box style gym.
- The perfect program to give a boost to members who have fallen in a rut with their training.
NOTES
- As the program has been designed to be evergreen and does not need to be edited. You might, however, want to add a call to action on lesson 6.7.
- If you decide to run it a challenge, you may want to add interactive/group elements.
- If you want to track your clients' calorie intake, you can set it up as a metric for clients to input. if your clients use Lose it, you can connect directly with their accounts via Ascend.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Help your clients to move and feel better with a daily flexibility routine. For the first two weeks, clients will alternate between lower body program A and upper body program B. For the second two weeks, they will alternate between lower body program C and upper body program D.
Each day consists of two foam rolling exercises, two tennis ball release exercises and two stretches.
USES
- Great evergreen challenge to keep your clients supple.
NOTES
- We recommend that you only use this program with clients who have had coaching on how to use foam rollers and mobility tools.
