PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The 6-week Clean and Lean Challenge is based on one goal: "Getting clients to eat real food!"
The beauty of this challenge is its simplicity for the client: no calorie counting or cycling of macronutrients. Eat real food, that's the name of the game.
The lessons in this challenge touch on topics of self-motivation, finding your why, and circles of control just to name a few. We challenge the clients each with a movement challenge and a Facebook challenge to drive engagement in the Facebook groups. This challenge is built for maximum engagement from the client-side.
USES
- This is a great short term, results orientated challenge to use at new year or pre-summer time.
- This program can be paired with the Clean and Lean Workouts program, if you want to run it as a distance challenge.
NOTES
- This program includes 3 prep days which gives them plenty of time to shop and prep over the weekend.
- The challenge includes lessons for you to include a Facebook group link, a weekly check-in and challenge feedback survey. Look for lessons marked ** in the challenge journey map and edit highlighted areas.
- You can also run this challenge without the interactive Facebook challenge element. Select the Clean & Lean base program to run this option.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This is a six week challenge that focuses on eating minimally processed carbohydrates. It has three phases, each lasting two weeks.
- Phase 1 focuses on improving the quality of carbohydrate intake
- Phase 2 focuses on portion control
- Phase 3 focuses on optimizing carbohydrate intake around activity
The lessons in this challenge touch on a range of topics such as macronutrients, bulk cooking, portion control, slow eating, mindset, stress, and sleep.
USES
- This is a perfect challenge for beginners and people who struggle with ‘stricter’ challenges as it only makes them focus on one macronutrient group (although they are encouraged to eat whole foods across all groups).
- Although clients may not see the same short term results as Transform in 4 or Clean and Lean, more clients may find it easier to adhere to the guidelines and will probably find they can easily continue even after the challenge has ended.
- From the average starting point, the inclusion of wholewheat bread and pasta in this challenge will also probably make it easier for the whole family to join in.

This is a 44-day program that is easy to follow. It's a step-by-step process of helping your client eat less added sugar, and replacing their stress eating habits with new, healthy habits. Everything is laid out for you step-by-step – all you have to do is start!
This program shares origins with the Sugar Free Me program but has been reordered and extended (with an added client guide and recipe booklet).
USES
- Lead Generation - use this challenge as a front end offer to help attract new clients to your facility.
- Clients - use this challenge with your current clients to help keep them accountable and get better results.
- You can run this challenge to fit with perfectly with Lent. For 2021, the start date would be February, 15.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This is a 6-week Transformation Challenge. The challenge is split into 3 phases, each lasting two weeks.
- Phase 1 is low carb, reducing starchy carb intake
- Phase 2 adds back in carbs on hard workout days
- Phase 3 allows the client to choose the protocol from Phase 1 or Phase 2
The program is extremely effective. At Functional Fitness, we have seen 6%+ reductions in body fat but conservatively if someone sticks to the program could see reductions in 4-5%
USES
- This is a good challenge for intermediate/level 2 clients who have already mastered the basics and need advance strategies to become leaner.

- There are spots for you to record and link your own videos, such as the movement lessons.
- Lesson 2.7 is an opportunity for you to talk about training at your gym. Lesson 5.3 gives you an opportunity to promote products that you well. These lessons need editing.
