PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Designed to support clients workout from home during coronavirus, this is a self-care program that includes topics on drinking plenty of fluids, getting adequate sleep, staying active and exercising regularly, eating plenty of colorful vegetables and fruits, minimizing stress, and limiting alcohol.

USES

  • Support clients with their wellbeing and exercise needs, should they need to train at home.
  • You could easily extend this program by 7 days by adding an inspirational quote lesson to each habit.

NOTES

  • If you are not using this program in response to the coronavirus, you will need to edit the welcome lesson.
  • If you are using the program during this period, emphasize to clients that they should only be following the advice of healthcare professionals if they become unwell.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This is the follow-on program to StrongerYou. Continuing to support clients from home, this develops the habits introduced earlier on in the series. Lessons in this program include nutrition and meal planning, stress and relaxation, gratitude and positive outlook, and sleep.

USES

  • Support clients with their well being and exercise needs, should they need to train at home.
  • This program can be paired with the EvenStrongerYou Workouts program, if you want to track activity.

NOTES

  • If you are running the bingo, you will need to add your Facebook group details to the first lesson (0.1). If not, you will need to delete this section. If you are offering online workouts, you can also add the details of these to this lesson.
  • We recommend that you change or add content to the final lesson to wrap the program up. We have intentionally not added details at this stage because we do not know where things will be at in terms of facilities reopening.
