PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Nutrition Essentials is an eight-week program that has a different focus each week - planning, whole foods, eating slowly, protein, vegetables, smart carbs, healthy fats, and hydration.
This program is a middle ground between a challenge and a habit coaching program. The aim is to help clients to lose weight and learn how to keep it off. Throughout the program, clients eat whole foods.
We include lessons for weekly check-ins (paired with google forms) to give clients a chance to answer open-ended questions and ask questions of their coaches. In the final lesson, we also include a lesson to link to a survey so you collect testimonials and find ways to improve next time.

- The challenge includes lessons for you to include a Facebook group link, a weekly check-in and challenge feedback survey. Look for lessons marked ** in the challenge journey map and edit highlighted areas.
