Habits include keeping a food journal, eating slowly, macronutrients (protein, vegetables, smart carbs, and healthy fats), meal planning, mindfulness breaks, beverages, sleep, supplement support, and workout nutrition.

USES

  • This a database of fundamental fat loss habits that you can use to build your own program.
